quartered Santalina™ Very Sweet Grape Tomatoes
chopped fresh parsley
each salt and pepper
grated Asiago cheese
Simmer broth in a large pot over medium-high heat. Stir in orzo, simmering until al dente, 10 min. Stir in beans, greens, tomatoes and 1 cup (250 mL) water. Simmer for 4 to 5 min., or until vegetables are heated through and pasta is tender. Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with cheese before serving.
