Directions
Step 1
Cut pork tenderloin into ¼-inch (5-mm) slices. Place inside doubled re-sealable plastic bags. In bowl, mix vinegar with oil, soy sauce, apricot jam, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Pour marinade over pork. Seal bags. Marinate in refrigerator 1 hr. or overnight.
Step 2
Thread meat onto soaked skewers (discarding marinade). Grill over medium-high heat 2 to 3 min. per side, or just until pork is cooked through.
