- 1 cup
- milk
- 250 mL
- 1 tsp
- cinnamon
- 5 mL

Directions
Step 1
Whisk together eggs, milk and cinnamon in large bowl. Soak bread slices one by one in egg mixture, 5 to 10 sec. per side; until soaked through. Transfer bread slices to large plate, allowing excess egg to drip back into bowl.
Step 2
Melt 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter in large skillet over medium heat. Slide or place 2 slices of soaked bread into skillet at a time. Cook 2 to 3 min. per side, or until golden. Flip over and cook other side until golden. Cook all bread slices, adding remaining butter to skillet as required. Keep French toast slices warm in oven while cooking, if desired.
Step 3
Divide onto 4 plates and serve with maple syrup and fresh berries.
