- regular or whole-wheat couscous, cooked according to package directions

Directions
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet set over medium heat. Add beef and curry paste, sauté 2 to 3 min. Add onion and garlic. Cook until beef is browned on all sides and onion has softened, approx. 5 min.
Step 2
Stir in orange juice, scraping up browned bits on bottom of skillet. Add diced tomatoes and bring to a simmer for 20 min. Stir in green beans and cauliflower. Cover and cook 8 min., or until vegetables and beef are tender.
Step 3
Stir in salt and cilantro. Serve with couscous.
