We’re about being the helpful neighbour.

We care about the farmer down the street to the quality of food on everyone’s tables.

We build relationships within our communities.

Here is how we support

local initiatives.

Watford Foodland supports

EAST LAMBTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

With a portion of sales for each flower pot supplied by Thuss Greenhouse Arkona, Watford Foodland was able to donate $1,000 to the East Lambton Elementary School Breakfast & Lunch program.

Stroud Foodland donates to the

INNISFIL COMMUNITY FOOD BANK.

Together with the help of the Rotary Club of Innisfil, Stroud Foodland was able to supply the Innisfil Community Food Bank more than $1,500 worth of jam, pancake mix and oatmeal.

Wiarton Foodland raises funds for

BRUCE PENINSULA COMMUNITY FOOD BANK.

The incredible efforts and support from their amazing customers allowed the Wiarton Foodland to raise over $9,000 in just over ten days for the Bruce Peninsula Community Food Bank.

Thorold Foodland supports the

THOROLD
COMMUNITY CARE.

Through multiple fundraising efforts, including a plant sale with flowers supplied by Flora Lane Greenhouses, the Thorold Foodland was able to donate over $4,000 to Thorold Community Care.

Russell Foodland working together with

THE KIN CLUB TO DONATE TO THEIR LOCAL FOOD BANKS.

The Russell Foodland teamed up with volunteer delivery drivers from the Kin Club to collect almost $5,000 for their local food bank. The local county also chipped in to cover the cost of gas with all extra going back to the final donated amount.

To us, local doesn’t just
mean local; it means something

so much more.
