Directions
Step 1
Soak 8 wooden skewers in water for 1 hour or longer. Clean, oil and preheat BBQ Grill to medium-hi heat. If it was not on from before.
Step 2
Place 1 of each fruit on the skewer and brush with Pure Olive Oil
Step 3
Grill 2 1/2 minutes per side
Step 4
Top with drizzler
Step 5
Remove from grill and enjoy with Goats Milk Cheese Crumble or Ice cream
Tip
Faire cuire la truite sur une planche de bois ajoute beaucoup d’arôme et de saveur. Le truc est de placer la planche sur la grille, sans la truite, et attendre qu’elle fume. Puis, on ajoute la truite, ce qui maximise la saveur, la couleur et l’arôme de fumée!
