Ingredients

- lemon & pepper flaked light tuna

- mayonnaise style dressing

- small whole-wheat tortilla
- 2 tbsp
- shredded lettuce
- 30 mL
- 3
- baby dill pickles
Directions
- Step 1
- Blend tuna and mayonnaise. Spread a thin layer of tuna mixture over tortilla. Cover with lettuce.
- Step 2
- Blot pickles dry on a paper towel. Place them in a row across the width of the tortilla 2-inches (10 cm) from the bottom.
- Step 3
- Tightly roll tortilla around pickles. Slice into finger-width pinwheels. Lay pinwheels side-by-side in a re-sealable plastic container. Chill until serving.
