In a pitcher combine half of the eggnog and the spices, whisking until the spices are well blended. Add the remaining ingredients, stir to combine. Refrigerate until needed and serve over ice garnished with shaved white chocolate.
To make shaving chocolate easy, chill chocolate in the freezer and use a micro plane grater. For larger shavings/curls, pull a vegetable peeler across room temperature chocolate. Keep chocolate shavings in an airtight container in the freezer until needed.
