- Chill 8 beer or highball glasses. Half-fill chilled glasses with ice cubes. Divide orange juice, thyme, orange zest and slices, and beer evenly among glasses. Top up each glass with ginger ale.
Tip
Swap light beer for dark to switch up the flavour.
