- brewed Sensations by Compliments Prima Tazza Medium Roast Coffee, prepared according to package instructions
- 750 mL
- 1 carton
- almond beverage
- 946 mL
- 1 tsp
- ground cinnamon
- 5 mL
- 1 tsp
- ground ginger
- 5 mL
- 1/2 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 2 mL
- 1/2 tsp
- ground nutmeg (plus extra for garnish)
- 2 mL
- 1 tsp
- honey (optional)
- 5 mL

Directions
- Step 1
- Combine coffee, almond beverage, ground cinnamon, ginger, vanilla and nutmeg in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat.
- Step 2
- Pour into 6 small heatproof mugs; add honey (if using). Garnish each mug with cinnamon stick and additional pinch of nutmeg.
Tip
Add 2 tbsp (30 mL) spiced rum to each mug before filling with coffee mixture.
To make Spiced Gingerbread Mocha Affogato, spoon vanilla soy ice cream into individual glass tumblers. Top each with 1/2 cup (125 mL) hot Gingerbread Almond Latte.
