Ingredients
- 2 tbsp
- cocoa powder
- 30 mL
- 1 1/2 cup
- vanilla yogourt
- 375 mL
- 1/2 cup
- flax & fibre granola
- 125 mL
- 2 cups
- mixed fresh berries such as raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
- 500 mL
- 4
- mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Directions
Step 1
Dissolve cocoa by whisking into 2 tbsp (30 mL) water. Fold cocoa mixture into vanilla yogourt.
Step 2
Divide half the granola, half the yogourt and half the berries among 4 parfait or tumbler-style glasses. Repeat the three layers using up remaining granola, yogourt and berries. Add mint leaves, if using.
