Directions
- Step 1
- In large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper. Add chickpeas, kidney beans, black beans; toss to coat. Stir in tomatoes, red pepper, onion and chives.
Tip
After rinsing beans, drain them well to avoid watering down the dressing.
