Warm Brie Topped with Dried Fruit, Pecans & Coconut
flaked sweetened coconut
pitted dates, chopped
dried and sweetened cranberries
double cream Brie cheese
Combine ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Evenly divide mixture between two small jars (about 1/4 cup/60 mL in size).
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut top rind off Brie and discard. Place Brie in baker, arrange mixture on top and gently drizzle with maple syrup. Bake on middle rack of oven until cheese is softened, about 10 min. Serve immediately.
