(or Compliments Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix) - 250 mL
- 1/3 cup
- Compliments Peaches & Cream Corn (Frozen Foods)
- 75 mL
- 1/4 cup
- crumbled feta cheese
- 60 mL
- 3 tbsp
- finely chopped green onion
- 45 mL
- 1 tsp
- ground chipotle pepper
- 5 mL
- 1 tsp
- onion powder
- 5 mL
- 1/4 tsp
- salt
- 1 mL
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl, use a whisk to mix together pancake mix and 2/3 cup (150 mL) water until smooth.
Step 2
Mix in corn, feta cheese, green onion, chipotle pepper, onion powder and salt.
Step 3
Cook pancakes in skillet according to package instructions. Serve with salsa, if desired.
Tip
Frozen ingredients can be added to the batter either frozen or thawed.
For gluten-free pancakes, use Compliments Gluten-Free Pancake & Waffle Mix. Mix batter according to package directions. For every 1 cup (250 mL) of mixed gluten free batter, use recipe's ingredient add-ins.
