- soy sauce
- 75 mL
- 3 tbsp
- hoisin sauce
- 45 mL
- 4 tsp
- Asian chili oil
- 20 mL
- 1 tsp
- sesame oil

- 1 tbsp
- rice vinegar
- 15 mL

- green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup
- Compliments Unsalted Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped

Directions
Step 1
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, heat vegetable oil in wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ground pork, garlic and chili 3 to 5 min., breaking up pork, until the meat starts to brown.
Step 2
Stir in mushrooms and spinach. Cook 2 to 3 min., or until greens are tender. Mix in noodles, soy sauce, hoisin, chili oil, sesame oil and rice vinegar. Cook, stirring, 3 to 5 min. until noodles have absorbed the sauces and oils.
Step 3
Sprinkle with green onions and peanuts to serve.
