- toasted sesame seeds

- smoked salmon

- mixed greens

- radishes, thinly sliced

- small red onion, thinly sliced

- pickled ginger

- chopped toasted macadamia nuts

- toasted nori, thinly sliced

Directions
Step 1
In bowl, whisk together sesame oil, lime juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce and sesame seeds.
Step 2
Place smoked salmon in separate bowl. Pour in half the sesame oil dressing. Gently stir to coat. Set aside.
Step 3
Divide mixed greens into 4 shallow bowls. Top with salmon, radishes, red onion, pickled ginger, macadamia nuts. Drizzle with remaining dressing. Sprinkle with nori.
Tip
Drizzle with Sriracha sauce, if desired.
For a hearty meal, serve on a bed of quinoa.
