Directions
Step 1
In a non-stick skillet, cook sausages over medium-high heat, turning once, 7 min. Remove sausages and set aside. Add oil and potatoes to skillet and cook, turning once, 7 min. Add cider, thyme and sage to skillet, bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 2 min. Add apple and cook, stirring gently, 3 min. Add kale and cook, stirring gently, 1 min. Add cooked sausages to skillet and serve.
