- Cortland apple, peeled or not, cored, sliced into 4 rounds each 1/2 inch thick

- Thin milk chocolate bar, broken into 4 pieces

- Large marshmallows

- Square graham crackers
Directions
Step 1
With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to broil.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon.
Step 3
Place the apple slices on a baking sheet. Sprinkle generously with the sugar mixture.
Step 4
Broil for 6 minutes or until the sugar has melted and slightly caramelized.
Step 5
Remove from the oven. Place a piece of chocolate and a marshmallow on each apple slice.
Step 6
Broil for 2 minutes or until the marshmallows are melted and slightly browned.
Step 7
Place the apple stacks over half of the graham crackers. Top with the remaining crackers.
Step 8
Delicious served in a bowl with vanilla ice cream.
